Celebrates 15 million customers milestone in the region
Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) today announced a significant milestone in the vibrant and diverse western region of India. Consistently setting new benchmarks, HMSI has achieved a remarkable feat by crossing the 15 million customers mark, solidifying its position as a trusted and preferred choice for prospective two-wheeler customers in this region.
While HMSI took more than 17 years to add the first 10 million customers in the western market which consists of three states - Gujarat, Maharashtra and Goa, it garnered the last 5 million customers in just under 6 years. Noteworthy, the love & trust of customers has grown exponentially on the back of increased number of touchpoints, expansion of both RedWing and BigWing product portfolio, reliable customer service and enhanced customer connect.
