Sterlite Power launches two new corporate brand identities

Sterlite Power, a leader in power transmission and solutions, unveiled its two new corporate brand identities called ‘Resonia and Sterlite’. Resonia Ltd. will house the transmission infrastructure business and will be called ‘Resonia’. Sterlite Power Transmission Ltd will house the manufacturing of cables and conductors and services business, it will be called ‘Sterlite’. The decision to create two distinct corporate entities comes on the back of the demerger. Resonia and Sterlite will now focus on their distinct businesses, bring agility and, create independent growth journeys.

Resonia will drive the expansion of transmission networks, facilitating renewable energy integration, while Sterlite will lead the manufacturing of high-performance power conductors, cables, and EPC services. Our renewable energy arm, Serentica, retains its company identity, and remains committed to accelerating industrial decarbonization with round-the-clock renewable energy solutions. Sterlite and Resonia both aim to meet the evolving demands of the energy transition while continuing to offer sustainable, future-ready solutions for the global energy sector.
The rebranding exercise announced at ELECRAMA 2025 marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter. Both companies remain committed to shaping the future of the global energy landscape through their focus on transmission infrastructure and high-performance products, driving the transition to a greener, more sustainable energy future.
